You have a story, and your story matters.

I’m here to hear what happened.

Let’s begin together.

Relational

Relational experiences are stored in the nervous system. We’ll work together to uncover how those patterns show up in your emotional life, and to build new, healing connections within yourself.

Somatic

Begin healing from the inside out: reintegrating brain and body, embracing your emotions with compassion, and opening space for real transformation.

Trauma-Informed

Healing starts with understanding. Your past feels like it’s invading your present. Here, you’ll learn why, and how to heal. Together, we’ll use trauma-informed techniques and empathetic support.

relational, somatic, trauma-informed 〰️

here are many moments of feeling stuck: angry, afraid, overwhelmed with shame, confused, and helpless about why relationships or emotions feel so hard, especially when it seems so much easier for everyone else.

These moments create meaning inside of us. Our brain and body take these experiences and do their best to learn how to care for us and protect us. These meanings shape stories that can sometimes feel as though they unravel our emotional world.

In our work together, we will gently sift through the scary, vulnerable spaces of your story. The hurt, the shame, the fear, all of it can be here. All of it makes sense in the context of what you’ve lived through.

Each feeling is trying to tell us something about a story tucked away inside a part of you that has been working hard to keep you safe, even if it now leaves you feeling stuck or powerless.

The work of therapy is deep and moving. It creates space for transformational change: emotional freedom, grounded safety, and radical acceptance of yourself. There is beauty and empowerment in this process. I believe these qualities are already within you, waiting to be discovered.

This is the fabric of being human, and it can hurt. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Connect

2

Honor Your Past

The first part of our work together will include naming and processing what happened to you and your story. Together, we will validate and honor your emotions, relationships, and experiences.

3

Find Your Balance

Exploring your story may uncover many places we feel stuck and unbalanced. Bringing curiosity to those places will show us what your body needs to restore that balance.

4

Discover Your Path

The things that have happened to you shape you, but do not define you. Part of the deep work we can do together is exploring who you are outside of the hurt parts of you, what creates a meaningful life for you, and who you want to be moving forward.
